We have an existing site based on the twenty-eleven theme in Wordpress. Need the header+menu bar made static (make it so it doesn't scroll over the background, stays in place) When the user scrolls, the content should disappear under the header+menu bar so that it can no longer be seen as the user scrolls down for more content. This must be completed within 12 hours of acceptance. Do not bid if you cannot complete this task.
