Flash or Flex Coders for e-Learning Courses

We need a good Flash / Flex programming team that can convert a number of WORD and PowerPoint works into e-course for our e-Learning system. This is a long term project for the right team(s). If you have experience with building e-Learning Management Systems or courses, we wish to hear from you. We require that you and/or your team communicate with us openly and honestly in a timely matter. Also, we will need to see sample of your work so that we can actually judge the quality of what may delivered. There may be a chance that you will be given sample pages of the courses we have to see how your conversion may look. Please let us know if you are willing to do this. Finally, if you are truly experienced in Flash, then we have other projects we may be able to use your for on a regular basis. Your vWorker feedback and rating will be looked at, so if you have a lot of ARBs for failure to deliver on time, this project is not for you.
