Flash Image Tool

We seek to update a current flash application that allows user to upload, crop, remove backgrounds, rotate, and brighten. The updates include developing a CMS that would allow admin to add artboard templates, text/clipart/color. In addition we seek to improve the remove background functionality by developing a tool that helps the user trace the area to be cropped. Similar to a magnetic lasso in Photoshop. The updated flash tool will need an image drag and drop function that allows users to move images to and from the artboard and image slide bar.
