Help with vBulletin (custom pages and login problem)

This is a small project that may take minutes to get done. I am currently constructing vBulletin with vBadvanced website. I have a few problems that I am completely stuck on and require help. 1. I hav a login feature from the homepage which is connected to the forum. However, the login will not work from the homepage. It will work from the forum page only. I need to fix this. 2. In the homepage, I have a function called "news" which posts selected threads from a forum. I would like to enable images that will align and will remain in the same size format everytime. Please take a look: [login to view URL] I want it to look like this: [login to view URL] 3. I need to change my header buttons. Notice the buttons on my website: [login to view URL] It says frontpage, usercp, view members, view faq, etc... I want to change them including the size. They are too small and I need to add links that say "Home, Forum, My Profile, View Faq, View Members, and Register. The buttons are gif files and I do not how to create or edit them. So they would need to be made from scratch. 4. I need custom pages for my disclaimer, about us, advertise, and risk disclosure. I would prefer a dynamic page for about us and advertise because I will be changing them often. This is a very simple page.... I just need the banner and the left column present with every page. I hope this all makes sense. I am no good in explaining comp stuff. I have been quite some time in this site as of now... and I do not think the remaining requests should take anytime.
