HTML form box info field of a form. php. mysql. ala TinyMCE

I have an event listing site which runs on PHP / MYSQL. Currently the info detail for the event listing site does not accept HTML (or should i say rich text?) comments. It does not even accept line breaks. when i copy paste something it's displayed as a one flat paragraph. I want to create something similar to EasyPHPCalendar's Add a New Event html details section [login to view URL] (click on Add Event on top right) or similar to that of Gmail. One important aspect is that it should accept copy/paste of formatted info detail. Please let me know if you can create a clone of these for my info detail field.
