PHP SOAP application to communicate between two windows programs

I need a php application made that is the intermediary between two programs. The first program is eMagic, it control's client's and their info and is hosted on a MySQL DB, it is a windows program. The second program is eManager, it is a windows .NET application for a call center. The call center need's to access data from the eMagic DB. The client doesn't want to program into their software to connect to the MySQL DB directly but want's a middle man. The middle man is a PHP script that accepts SOAP commands and output's back, and also works with WSDL files. The winning bidder need's to make the WSDL definition file for all the function's and the PHP application. Attached is a PDF with all the function's needed and their returned values. Some are for inserting data and updating and other's are for selecting data from the DB. ## Deliverables The PHP application need's to connect directly to the MySQL DB. Attached is a file with the function definitions and DB definitions along with Joins that are to be made and column references. Upon selecting the final bidder I will release to that person the Database structure in MySQL.
