PSD to joomla 1.5 theme

I m looking for someone to convert a psd to joomla 1.5 as a CSS table-less W3C crossbrowser valid Theme and installed it to our runing joomla website. I want all the modules position should be there on the converted theme so that we can published there modules. The project needs to be complete within 2 days of receiving the template design(psd). you hv to installed the theme to your demo server and provide me the link for approval, make sure css and other codes used in theme should be w3c and crossbrowser validate.
