School website using php my sql etc

I require a dynamic website built using php, my sql, cgi for email, javascript, css and xml. The pages need to use frames but appear seemless. Most of the details are in the attached files but a few more are: the primary school will sell second hand pc's and peripherals to students / parents. The animation game will use a picture of the school unless you have a better idea. Users need to be logged in to use email form and buy pc's. PC's sale will have: different processor speeds, desktop or minitower option, monitor sizes, printers, scanners keyboard and mouse as optional. Subjects for school timetable are: Writing, English, Maths, history, geography, and music. Pages on site to include but not limited to: Home Page Childrens page - with animated game for learning Enquiry page using cgi email form Time Table page using xml and xsl Sales page - pc's Feedback page - using php - admin see comments, user only post comments on site cant see others. Prospectus page Term dates page History page I have attached a skeleton template with no colour just done in word. Could interested coders make a quick mock up of this and send as a jpg etc by next monday. Im looking for a coder who has good ideas and thoughts to put into this project.
