Simple AJAX based intranet with session management(repost)(repost)

I need a coder experienced in AJAX, Javascript and also professional web design using Dreamweaver to create a simple AJAX intranet that communicates with a backend server.? The AJAX based solution must work in IE6 and FF2 as well as latest versions of IE, Chrome and Firefox and also on Android and iPhone Safari and other “touch based browsers??. Please submit your experience relevant to this project, sample websites and also propose the AJAX framework/technologies you intend to use for the project and advantages and disadvantages of the workflow I proposed.
