This project is to produce an HTML website for a telecom startup, using a template that I will supply. You will modify the template with text and images that I will furnish. You may review the template at [[login to view URL]][1], template 0290, before bidding, to determine the scope of work.
It's a fairly straightforward process, but I would like to move quickly, so please plan to begin immediately.
**Update 3/12/06 9:16 PDT
**
Several bidders have responded that the site offering the template appears to be out of business. I've tried to contact them three times, and haven't received a response, so it would appear that's correct.
As a result, the bid request has evolved into a **request for a website design**, using the template that's shown as a guide for the design. I will furnish images in psd files and text as word docs. You will need to produce a website comparable to the quality level of the template shown.
Because the scope of work has increased, I've increased the maximum bid amount and the timeframe allowed for completion of the job.
Additional information for your review:
The site will be about 15 pages.
We will need dynamic content for a "News" section.
We will need a "Contact Us" form.
I would like a two sentence text in Flash on the Home Page.
The site should use CSS.
The site should include sliced HTML.
The site should be ready to upload to a Yahoo server.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information to bid. Thanks for your interest in this project.
