This is a prospective project that is not yet confirmed. We are looking for quotes and information. The project consists of 3 parts. 1. We would like an online registration page with the following functions: A) Record user info into database B) Generate user id and store in database C) Create a barcode from user id D) Send confirmation email with the barcode 2. We would like a system to scan the barcode at 4-5 different locations, and record that location in the database. E.g. if a barcode for user #1234 is scanned at location A, the database will show that user #1234 has been to location A. If #1234 later visits location B, the database will show that the user has been to A and B. 3. We would like a page to display the database information, so our staff can easily check who has been to various locations. Additional information: > This system will be translated into different languages, so clean code and commenting is required. > No need for design, bare forms are fine. > Small size, we don't expect more than 200-300 users > Reusable, we'd like the ability to delete the database and reuse the system again later.
