Build me a video on demand/pay per view website (one movie)

I need a site built to distribute a single movie. The concept is people can visit our site and pay to stream our movie for a time designated by us (one day or one week etc). We want to be able to automatically send a coupon to people purchasing the movie that they can pass to family and friends that gives them a discount to purchase (stream) the movie. I can provide mock ups of the layout and all text and images needed. Lastly I require a handover and possible instruction on running the site after completion (how to change the value of the coupon on the time customers can stream the movie for etc.). Site Requirements: • Build a website that can host video on demand (one film only) • Pay per view system for the film (purchased at $X, then can be streamed for a limited time frame decided by us) • Add short clips (vimeo) to pages. • To purchase the buyer will enter at least a name and email address. • PayPal for payments • There needs to be an option to enter a discount coupon code at purchase. • Pages for each area (Home, About, Galleries, FAQ's, Contact and Soundtrack) • We need to have a record of the buyer’s email and name and if they used a code. • Ability to give a new discount code to buyers (that they can forward onto a friend. • We need to be able to add and activate codes whenever required • Email address/hosting for the site. • Ability to use automated emails to buyers e.g. "You’ve just rented ***, here is a coupon to share with your friends”
