Project Scope: We need to create a Job Posting website. There will be two type of user on the website: 1. Job Seekers : This type of user will register themselves on the website and will be required to fill in some of the details like: a) Name b) Email c) Experience d) Expertise in (select the category like customer services, hardware etc...) e) Hourly rate 2. Job Provider: This type of user can register themselves on the website and can then search job seekers based on the category and the experience. Job providers can only view the profile of the matching ones. Phone number or email address will not be shown in the search list, so that they can not directly contact to them. - an add the jobs by selecting the categories and providing details of the job. Some key elements which we need are as follows: - When Job provider register to the website we will ask them to subscribe to the website, the subscription amount can be managed by the administrator of the website. - Job seekers will be able to view and search for the job via the search criteria like category. - The categories can be added by the administrator of the website. Good day, I have had a look at your link and will be able to create a site similar to that. What I can do though is probably have it a) look better and b) have some extra features. I can have it split into two part. 1. That Companies can create a profile and advertise their jobs online. The company can also search for job seekers using a resume search which will be discussed in (2) 2. I can make a Seeker Section where the seeker can create a profile, Ad a resume, ad cover letter and also gets messages. There can be a featured companies section, a latest jobs section, advertising and news. I can have the job split into 2 Milestones. $200 once the templates are complete and approved(you will recieve the psds).
