Cinema Tickets booking with TWINT payment -- 2

hello how are you? I HAVE THIS CINEMA BOOKING SYSTEM WITH DEVELOPER LICENCE, SO IN ADDITION THE FOLLOWING DATA SHOULD BE ADDED. Please refer to the attached picture which illustrates the TWINT payment option. In the “Payment Method” drop-down menu, I would like to have additional option for “Twint” payment [denoted by ‘1’ in the picture). Once, “Twint” payment method is selected by the customer, the page should display the fields denoted by ‘2’, ‘3’, ‘4’, ‘5’ and ‘6’. “Your Twint Mobile Number” field denoted by ‘2’ should allow the customer to enter his mobile number linked to his “Twint” account. The fields denoted by ‘3’ and ‘4’ shall display the text which can be altered by me (admin) at any time. This should have additional enable/disable control. When it is enabled, the text messages created by the admin should display, on the other hand, it shall not be displayed when it is disabled. The field denoted by ‘5’ is a picture (QR code created by TWINT). This QR Code picture shall be changed by me (Admin). The field denoted by ‘6’ is “Our TWINT Mobile Number”, which shall display a mobile number which shall be changed by me (Admin). In addition, The Customer’s TWINT Mobile number (entered by customer in field ‘2’) shall be added next to name column in the “List of booking” Table. The confirmation “Status” shall remain “Pending” until admin confirms it manually, once it is confirmed by the admin, booking confirmation “Email” and “SMS” shall automatically be sent.
