I am looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to build a theme from a PSD file. The PSD contains two custom page templates (homepage and blog posts page). The PSD is fairly simple and should allow you to build upon an existing theme or framework. If you could let me know what base theme you use that would help me out a great deal. You must know ACF, responsive design, CSS frameworks. Please take time to read the Word doc carefully and look at the jpg before replying and LET ME KNOW if you have any questions about it. I tried to attach the PSD but didn't seem to work. The jpg gives you an idea of what it looks like (with some images removed, hence the colour blocks). I may take a day or two to look through applicants because I want to find the best person for this. Thanks!
