I am looking for a simple program to be programmed that will pull data from NASDAQ.com. the program will need be used to scan the amount of after hour trades and premarket trades have been made for each stock that is listed under $8, then put them in a list, most trades at top, least trades at the bottom. The program would be run manually, once at 8pm, once at 8:45am also manually. The data from the 8pm run should be displayed next to the 8:45am results for comparison. There should be an option to clear all data so that i can clear it every day for new scans. If you need to, you can pull the $8 and under data from a [login to view URL] screener. Program needs to be lightweight so it can run the scan quickly. Please let me know if you have any questions. This needs to be done ASAP so please let me know how long it will take you to code in your bid.
