Excellent php programmer for various projects needed

I get many projects and in addition to being skilled in php, the _right_ programmer must be easily accessible and with reasonable fees. You MUST have a portfolio to be considered, this is not optional but a requirement, post them in the PMB. An advantage would be letting me have access to a CMS that you wrote (and is not available on the net as written by someone else). This way I can get an idea how good you are. Let's start with this project which you will bid on... I have a youtube type site that has a "Latest videos" and "Featured Video" sections on the home page. Well I added an "Editors Pick" section on the home page by basically copying the Featured video code and pretty much guessed at certain code within the script to get it to work (I'm not a coder, but I can figure things out sometimes). Anyway, it works but I need to have someone _very good_ with php to check my work because I get foreach errors under certain situations now. You may need to also adjust the layout of the page too so it all fits without having to scroll the page. And, I need the Search videos function modded to include an "All" field. Right now it only searches by drop down box selections and that is to specific. The "All" option needs to be added in the drop down menu. No escrow will be made until I know I have the right person for the job first.
