Extend and expand existing WordPress website

hi, please visit [login to view URL] >> it has sections, like "what's going on" - "how does it work"... Problem is that it is designed with these sections and now I cannot add any new sections. I would like to explain things a bit more and need a new section for this. Also at the very bottom I want a pure text section to add a lot of descriptive text which is great for search engine indexing. Your job would be edit and program the existing site that it allows for new modules and sections to expand it. Right now, I want to add two more. One after "what's going on" and one at the bottom. The one after "whats going on" should be multiple slider showing highlights and then descriptive text below that. I want to be able to edit and customize it and it should use tools or plugins that wordpress uses. If you can just add the option for additional sections and then help me decide on the right tool or plugin, I can go from there... I would send you a ZIP of the website and would return a ZIP. VERY IMPORTANT: it has to be FULLY RESPONSIVE! As it is now.
