Flashing Color Animation Effect (PHP)

Hey, GFL Programmers We are looking to get a script made that performs the following effect as "effect7": pretty much similar as the site listed below: [login to view URL] I don't need the site copied. Just need the script/effect very similar but with our colors and details listed below: *SECURITY* Allowed only: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp. The script needs to validate the file extensions being uploaded and display the correct errors to the user. The script also needs to upload the pictures to [login to view URL] Please make sure you get a feel for how the demo script works, and understand the upload process before starting the project. A user can upload any pictures of the file extensions "jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp" and the script converts the image to an animated gif and makes the users image flash different colors specifically the 4 colors listed below: FF4AA5 C836F8 5AB4F5 E4FB4A the colors should be displayed in order when the picture animates. The color order listed below: pink FF4AA5 purple C836F8 blue 5AB4F5 yellow E4FB4A The image below is the final result in which what the script should do to pictures that users upload. The color layers are on the top layer and are 90% opacity "to be technical." [login to view URL] -------------------------------------------------- Tagging: The time in which the picture changes colors should be: 8 / 100 second. as my example image "tagged.gif" the script should put our tag on the right / bottom location of pictures as my example image. "tagged.gif" i need the script to put our tag on the picture dynamically that way all users who use our script, will have our websites tag on the picture. the script should know what tag to use... a TRANSPARENT .png file that is located in the scripts root directory directory structure. /script /[login to view URL] This will also allow us to change the tag if we desire just by uploading a new "tag.png" file. -------------------------------------------------- When complete I'm gonna need to know how to use to install it on my existing sites template "main center content area" ****See attached file for more info. ****Please read and understand fully before bidding.
