Geeky energy girl would like to meet techy partner

Hi Guys, I am hoping to find… 1. someone who can develop a website which must have the ability to upload video as well as written content, permit users to exchange comments and views in a forum board and also enable download of certain information (such as industry documentation) from behind a paywall or subscription only membership wall. The sections must be sorted into different ‘streams’. I will obviously provide all the content but I need someone who can work with me on design ideas and do the development coding. 2. someone who can develop an online dashboard. Into this dashboard, the user should be capable of adding different widgets which will pull content from a back-end system according to the widget selected. Initially I want to keep costs very low with a view to spending more once I am happy with the first stage so the first payment will be for design only - no operability needed, just the concept and layout. Ideally the same person would do both packages of work but if I need to have separate contracts with different people to get the best results, I am open to that. I am more interested in finding someone I can build a long-term working relationship with than merely outsourcing one-off packages of work. If you think you can help, please get in touch.
