Give the country name based on GPS coordinates for the International Space Station

Using this call: [login to view URL] I would like to find out what country or (city, country, OR city, state, country OR state country OR country)that the current latitude and longitude of the International Space station is at. I would like this updated every 5 seconds and displayed on a page and have the page automatically display the new location if any, every 5 seconds. The PHP page would just contain the name of the location or remain blank, if the coordinates are over the ocean. Example: Washington, USA or Paris France or Mexico etc... Phase 2: A second project will be, based on the future path of the space station (see the line path example here: [login to view URL]) , display the next (future) location (country OR state, country) that the space station will fly over. If you can do this as well, let me know and I will pay more.
