I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Google Reviews Tracking and Tagging System. The purpose of this system is to monitor customer feedback and associate it with the correct employee at the store. The association with each employee will be done manually. Platform: The system should be developed as a web-based platform using Laravel framework and packages Additional Features: No additional features such as sentiment analysis or spam detection are required. ** Project Requirements: ** Framework & Database: Built on the Laravel framework. Utilize MySQL for the database. CSV Parsing: Parse and upload functionality for a provided CSV file containing Google reviews. Cross-check with the existing database to ensure no duplicate entries. Only new reviews should be added to the database. User Management: Implementation of Laravel's Auth package to manage user accounts. Secure user registration and login system. Employee Management: A table dedicated to storing Employee details. Features to add, edit, delete, and view individual employee data. Each review should be taggable to one of these employees. Reviews Dashboard: User-friendly interface to view a list of Google reviews for the specified business. Options to tag reviews with custom text tags. Ability to associate a review with a specific Employee. Separate sections for managing Employees and viewing/tagging reviews, though they can be part of the same dashboard interface. Additional Features (If Possible): Search and filter capabilities for the reviews and employees. Graphical representation (charts or graphs) of reviews over a time period or based on tags. Notification system for when new reviews are uploaded or tagged. Documentation: Simple documentation of the system architecture, database schema, and codebase. ** Outline for Project Execution: ** Setup & Initial Configuration: Setting up the Laravel environment and MySQL database. Configuration of the necessary packages including Laravel's Auth. Database Design: Design tables for Users, Employees, and Reviews. CSV Parsing Implementation: Design and implement the CSV parser.
