Hi, I will audit the setting of AWS server and fix the issue so that application will upload to new S3 bucket. Thank you

I guess that iOS app does not upload to new S3 bucket properly. This may be due to misconfiguration of app or more likely by missing to get privilege to upload to new S3 bucket. The reason why that could be that the same app could upload to the old S3 could be due the fact that app might at some point get privilege to do so by either manually doing so (in S3 Web console) or by previous state of code that is now not active. I did similar app recently that monitors files changed on S3 and lists those in a MacOS status bar similar to Dropbox after being notified with Amazon SNS. To fix this issue I should have access to your S3 account and to have a working copy (codebase) of the iOS app.
