Job board for overseas teachers

Hi there I'm making a job board and job post website for teachers in a certain part of the world. ESL teachers, kindergarten, high school etc etc. I've bought the Wordpress Jobify theme and installed it on a hosting service. I also own the domain name already. Essentially, the website is live and working but I don't have the skill to make it look and work how I want. At the moment, all I want the website to include is a front page, job listings page with a map (already installed) and a job post page where companies need to sign in/sign up and make payments. I'm looking for someone to help me get the website working with the functionality I want so I can begin attracting traffic and eventually start making revenue from the posted jobs.
