JQuery 301 Redirecter

I would like a simple website that crawls two different websites with wget and loads the internal pages, exluding the css, js, other website files. The script would then grab the URIs of each page and display them in two different columns where the rows are drag and droppable (within their columns). I can then drag and drop the rows until the redirect URLs match and when I click generate it will generate the .htaccess Rewrite code for me to copy and paste.
