Laravel/Semantic/Angular (3 apps, small module to start)

I have three sites that need to be done using Angular front end and Laravel back end. They all have the initial structure set up and is only a matter of building out the apps. I'd like to start with a small module, and if all goes well, ramp up from there. Requirements: - Experience with angular and laravel (obviously) - All front end is done with Semantic UI. If you have experience here, it's a bonus, otherwise should be easy to pick up if you know Bootstrap. There are no designers, but as long as you stick to Semantic UI, it should look pretty good in the end. Need a good eye for alignment and other simple issues. - These are all data driven apps with some moderately complex business logic. Writing clean business rules are a must. - Prefix your response with "toast" - Available roughly in EST working hours, at least a good portion between 8 AM EST and 4 PM. Not every day, but good communication is critical I'm not going to go too deep with requirements. If you write clean code, and the finished product looks good with typical bug checking, then there's lots of work to be had. I've set the budget high on purpose -- please bid total including any bug fixes that come up just for this module. If all goes well the budget restrictions will not be as strict for future modules. Thanks very much in advance! SPEC ------------ The first module will be building out a standard Users area, with a few special rules. We have the concept of "Dealers", which are businesses, and each dealer will have multiple users. The dealers module is already built (it's the only module built). The admin will be able to see all users grouped by dealers on the list. For each dealer, the admin can add a new user. It will unique name, email, and phone number checks. A user can also be deleted or suspended (unable to log in). Each dealer will have their own admin user (set by the main admin), which can add and edit other users in their dealer. Users in a dealer cannot see other users in other dealers (only the main admin and users without a dealer). Users should be editable as well (same as creation). Users can only edit their account, unless they're a dealer admin, or a user without a dealer (main admin). There are alerts tied to a user as well that can be put on the add/edit modal, or in the list for easier access. It should just toggle two bit columns in mysql. They can be toggled at the dealer level as well though, which would set them for all users.
