I need a bot that is able to generate plays on SoundCloud tracks. The bot has to have an option to specify how much plays needs to be generated. Also a public proxy scraper. Another important thing is a way to license the tool so not anyone can install the tool once downloaded. They will need to have a license to use the bot.
