Our website ([login to view URL]) allows customers to trade in their old smartphone. When the customer fills out the form with their information, I receive an email notification with their information. However, I do not receive the price that the customer was quoted. I need to receive that price with the email notification. I have attached all the relevant .php and .js files to look through to figure this out. The whole .php file is relevant, but the email notification to me starts at line 150. Please make sure that you review the files. This project is meant to be very small, but I am looking for a long-term relationship. Thank you!
