Need some customization to an Asterisk phone system involving a calendar

I need need a webui to be created that will have a calander. The calander will cause certain things to happen: 1) Based on the calander, different agents will ring on the queue 2) If the calendar says that the office is closed, a message will play that the next time will be open XXXX and that would be based on the next open entry in the calendar . 3) About 30 minutes before the next open time, an automated call will go out to the agents that will be in the queue reminding them to be ready 4) The calendar should be able to be uploaded via a CSV file but then use can make a change via the calendar I n order to verify that you read all the details please say the word "house" in your proposal. If it isnt there, I wont read your proposal.
