Need tool for trading

trading tool required for below application 1. user will provide information regarding which trading account he has like ETrade, Scottrade, fidelity etc 2. user provide username password for site 3. provide stocks name 4. provide price he wants to buy and sell once he provides above information and runs the tool locally it should automatically search for those stocks and check if stock price match according to his buy or sell and do the respective operation for user specified amount Also user can specify if price goes below this price and he can avoid loss by selling his stocks
