We are a company running a highly dynamic international development team providing development services to multiple clients in Europe. We are looking for a developer with excellent .NET technology experience (VBScript, C#) to join our client's development team. You will be working in a team together with members of client and our company. This is a REMOTE job, with daily communication via Skype calls. We are developing new exciting products for a fast growing company. An innovative attitude, initiative to find and suggest solutions, and ability to work together in a remote team with good spirit makes you a perfect new member of this team. Skills required: - Mandatory: .NET development: multiple years experience with proven success. (Please provide CV & references/examples) - Javascript, HTML, CSS skills nice to have but not mandatory - Great written and spoken English (you will be required to TALK in daily Agile meetings on Skype as well as additional project meetings) Other details: - Development work is related to a special content management system written in .NET. You will be fully trained how that system works, it's API's, workflows, business logic etc. Therefore enthusiasm and ability to learn fast is also your strength. - This is a FULL TIME role and also a long term position to all well performing members of our team. - As this is a remote job, an excellent internet connection is required (for Skype voice calls, screen sharing etc.) - Business hours - 8am till 4pm BST ( [login to view URL] ). It is mandatory to be online during this time due to constant communication with the team. Good evening, my name is Damian, I'm a UK based .NET/SQL Server developer currently contracting at a large UK based examinations board creating ASP.NET, MVC 5 and Windows services backed with SQL Server 2008 R2, and db2 for the IBM iSeries(AS400). I work with both VB.NET and C# languages, along with HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript and Json. I am very familiar with bootstrap 3 and the Telerik third party controls. My role allows me to work remotely a number of days each week, and have shown myself over the years to be able to retain the required disciplines to deliver my requirements as expected by the client. I am currently looking for a role similar to this one, particularly looking for a more varied role as I have worked in U.K. Education for close to 14 years, and would really enjoy a new challenge in a different field.
