I'm seeking a highly skilled API developer who can seamlessly integrate our SAP Business One system with Splynx ISP. This project requires a deep understanding of both systems and strength in API development. Key functionalities to perform: - Data synchronization: Need an API to sync customer details, invoice details, and payment data instantly between the two systems. Speed and accuracy of data transfer are critical here. - Order and invoice management: The API needs to facilitate efficient invoice movement from Splynx ISP software to SAP Business one. It should support robust processing and tracking without compromising accuracy or speed. - Customer management: An effective customer management solution is crucial. The API should easily pull all necessary customer details from Splynx ISP software to SAP Business one. Ideal skills and experience: - Proven expertise in API development - Deep understanding of SAP Business One. Splynx ISP systems uses an Open Restful API - Experience in data synchronization, order processing, and customer management - Highly adaptable and able to work in real-time I am looking forward to working with someone who matches these requirements and is open to further dialogue on project details and expectations. -------------- 1. Master Data integrations a. Splynx will house all leads – This will not come into SAP b. Once a lead is turned into a customer, this will be pushed to SAP as customer master data (without any bills or transactions) c. Splynx will create all customers and this will be pushed into SAP as customer master data d. Supplier master data with specific category name will be pushed from SAP to Splynx. Splynx will not create customer master data. e. Item master data (inventory master data) with specific category when created in SAP will be pushed to Splynx. Splynx will not create Inventory mmaster data. 2. Transaction Data integration a. All billing will be handled by Splyn. When a quote is generated in Splynx, it will not come to SAP b. When a quote is converted into an invoice this will be pushed to SAP with the related customer code and invoice details including inventory data c. Items will be purchased in SAP, when an item is purchased that belongs to a specific category, its quantity will be pushed into Splynx from SAP d. When payments are received on an invoice or on a customer account, the incoming payment will be done in Splynx and pushed to SAP. e. Support tickets will be handled by Splynx
