Looking for an experienced developer with good English communication skills and an open schedule. I'm also willing to give newer devs a chance provided they have at least some portfolio. The project's pretty simple - I have a PHP webapp and some static design files; I need them combined and then need subscription payments via stripe to be added in the sign-up process. If all goes well, we can definitely look at adding new features and some long-term work. All the best.
