Refresh a website with a new IP each time to gain views

I know this can be done using TOR and other browsers. I need someone who can either write a scrip for TOR or a similar browser to change IP each refresh. I need to load a website and refresh it as many times as possible from new IP's. If I can do this with multiple browser windows even better. I don't necessarily need to do it from my machine, I am happy to pay someone who can hit a website with hundreds of different IPs and keep refreshing. Must be a new IP each refresh to count.
