Setting up and customizing a multi-theme WordPress website + creating a Wishlist script for website

Creating a multi-theme WordPress website ( part 1) + Wishlist Script for the website( PART 2) I need someone for want to create a directory/community website with two WordPress themes. I also need a Wishlist scrip done for this site. You can bid on the total project or offer to do part 1 or part 2 only the wishlist script. So I will have a directory theme + the social theme as part of the website. I now need someone to merge the themes and customize them into my desired website. Requests for this job. Part 1 1. With all due respect, please read carefully before bidding because I don't have the time for, or patience for people not competent enough to complete this job. I have a deadline and please do not apply if you cannot complete the job well or in a timely manner. 2. I need the two themes and their plugins to be set up in my server as one website. 3. The top part of the website home page will show the portal/sign in area for the social theme. 4. and the bottom part of the website home page will show the portal/sign in area for the directory part. 5. The two themes would be used fully, with the exception that Home Page for both themes would be the directory home page. 6. I will need to add my header and add my logo thorough the site. 7. I will need to change colors across both themes on the website to complement the logo and header. I will send the correct color numbers for each area. 8. We will change the fonts style and size through the website. 9. Please tell me what is your favorite animal? This not a joke. Please answer the question. 10. The social theme would not be changed much. Just adding a new header and logo the link to the favorites from the listings on each individual member area, a suggestion box and the wishlists. 11. The directory theme would need some work to fit what I want. Some pages will need to be fully customized Such as home page, blog page. The other pages would require just light customization work to fit the overall site scheme. 12. I will also need to customize the categories area a little bit 13. In the individual listing pages I need the "Set Search Alert" to connect to the signed in member from the social theme. 14. In the listings pages I want visitors and social theme members to be able to see the listings without the map. I want the map to be a choice displayed in the page with a button that says "Show Map" and when clicked it opens and they can see the map for the listing. 15. The total website will have the following pages: 1-Home page-- Which will be for both themes the directory home page --> on top will have the connections to the social theme--Join the talk--Sign up--Log In ---> on the bottom will have the connections to directory theme and its respective login area 2-The blog page from directory theme.-- This page will need to be fully customized because it will be transformed into a blog aggregator page. This blog page on the directory theme would be accessible through the home page (even without signing in)and inside of the social area as well ( access to this area would require sign in). 16. I will need you to set up a simple and clear permalink structure: I am thinking of using--->/%category%/%postname%/ 17. I also need a suggestion box plugin added to every page including in every member personal page on the social theme part. I am looking at the Feedback cat plugin. I will also needed added few other plugins for site security and anti-spam that I have already chosen.
