We have a freelance site, which is up and running. We have a customizable script through which we can change rates for certifying members, projects commission rates etc, and we dont have any problems in running this site, as it is. However, we have a revenue collection model in mind, which can not be set as such just by changing these variable's values, instead, it needs some amount of small changes in the PHP scripts that we have. We need an EXPERT, I repeat, an EXPERT in PHP, who can quickly do it for us in an hrs time or so Regards!
