Solution App and Web to handle few informations

Solution will provide an easy way to keep the update all information about the customers and projects to support managers with more records, reports and accuracy in the information to provide an efficient way to manager and control. Project will use the HTML5/PHP Integration with MySQL/MariaDB Database. System will have around 12 forms (with fields to add information in database). These forms will have relationship between them, where one form will use an information (E.g. Scope of Work) that It was included in another form (E.g.: Insert Information). More details are available in the database script. The database is already available in AWS (RDS) and probably we will need improve there. All Changes must be recorded in the system (specific tables). The management reports will be creating in pdf an them will be sent by email or by Docusign when the customer has the API Plan together with Docusign (next version);
