upgrade oscommerce and php version

I will update your php version and ensure it meets the needs of the latest oscommerce version and should that not fix your issue, I will review the site, the Code and work to resolve the issue within in two days.

At a guess, this error will be due to the new function naming standards with PHP7. Up until now, osCommerce have their functions named the same as the .php, so it violates naming standards. The easiest fix would be to re-instal an older version of PHP. If that doesn't fix it, I'm not sure, so I may not be the person for this job. :)
