Web base running App and website

I am looking to create a web base app, Live video website such as twitch tv It is a website where manufacturers invite wholesale buyers Each manufacturers will have their own channel like Twitch where they represent their goods to sell via Live video. Within the live video room, they can chat with individual buyers, Buyers will be invited via text message or email, and verified buyers are able to join live video and view Company will be able to save videos on server (google or amazon webservice) Purpose : To provide an online platform where sellers will meet buyers end on a live video channel hosted by the company “Pitch”. Sales person will invite buyers to individual live video conference call to make a sales pitch and buyers will be able to have virtual meetings with sales person without having to fly to the tradeshow or to fashion district in Los Angeles. Each sales person or manufacturer (both will be stated as *sales from here) will have their own channel (1 account per company or individual sales rep.) where they can showcase their product (clothes, shoes, jewelry etc..) to wholesale buyers (of individual boutique owners to company buyers) and make trades online using virtual meeting. *No payment will be required from Buyer’s end. (Fixed Rule) *Sales will be given their own channels for Free and will use free 20 live meetings. *Buyers online who is watching the video will not be shared with another buyer. All buyers to be anonymous at all times. *Orders will be placed separately through Chat, Phone Call or email separately. No payment system for buyers on “Pitch” *Sales can choose their live sales “Pitch” to be Private or Shared Public. *All Live sales videos to be saved in server for advertisement purposes. -All Sales to agree with this subject and must be noticed before agreeing to participate. (IMPORTANT) *LIKE 제도 Buyers can choose to give either “Thumbs Up” or “Okay” hand signal. Thumbs Up sign should be explained as a plus to the sales live pitch or Okay hand sign will be a neutral rating given from the buyer. Higher Thumbs Up the live video to be posted on top of the menu if sales is being done on Public live video room. *Development Need to decide between few options.
