Need a developer to create the following while video is in full screen mode: 1. A custom toolbar that'll have an option to trigger an icon in the middle of the video (just a bulls eye) 2. Bulls eye can trigger a side pane from the left side and takes up about 10% of the screen 3. All the while the video in the full screen mode gets manipulated or shrinks to accommodate side pane at the same time 3. If option 3 isn't possible, simply the side pane overlaps video
