Web platform to negotiate between buyes and sellers

The construction of a web system that allows buyers and sellers to interact is required. Buyers may: - Create buyer account (profile with company details and contact details). - Modify your account details and unsubscribe from your account. - Publish a requirement (title, description, type or class of product, quantity). - Review proposal uploaded on request by sellers. - Chat with sellers for the request and sent price. - Approve proposal. - Generate purchase order (depends on whether you have had an approved proposal). - Edit / Delete / Close requirements. Sellers may: - Create seller account (profile with company details and contact details). Classic membership by default. - Modify your account details and unsubscribe from your account. - Review requirements published by buyers. - Send proposal to requirements. - Chat with buyers for the price sent to the request. - Modify sent price (releases). - Accept purchase order. - Finalize purchase order. - Publish products for sale (name, description, up to 3 photos, sales unit, sale price). - Modify / Delete products. - Acquire paid memberships (Silver or Gold). - Membership payment can be made by credit card or other means provided by the Culqui payment gateway. Memberships: - There will be 3 types of memberships for sellers, with which benefits are controlled over the system functions (Classic - Silver - Gold) - The functions to be controlled by the membership would be to: • Complete the product catalog with photos. • Complete the profile of your company with logo and corporate photos. • Show profile highlighted in seller search results. • Upload proposal to requirements (configurable).  Classic: 5 quotes per month.  Silver: 30 quotes per month.  Gold: Unlimited. • View of buyers' contact information (configurable):  Classic: 5 quotes per month.  Silver: 30 quotes per month.  Gold: Unlimited. Administrative Panel: - User maintenance (modify, block, unlock, account cancellation). - Show Stats: • High and low users. • Upload of products per day and month. • Load requirements per day and month. • Load of proposals by day and month. • Purchase orders closed by day and month. - Report of: • List of users (buyers and sellers). • List of active memberships in the month. • List of new memberships in the month. • List of low memberships in the month. • List of membership fees per month. Email notifications: - When the buyer or seller has created their account in the system. You must confirm the email for the account to be activated. - When the buyer has created a requirement, a message should reach all sellers who sell the type or class of product required. - To the buyer when a seller has charged a price at his request. - To the seller or buyer when they have sent a message by chat. - To the seller and buyer when a proposal has been accepted. - To the seller when a purchase order has been generated. - To the buyer when a purchase order has been accepted. - To the seller and buyer when the purchase order has been finalized. - To the administrator of the high and low accounts in the system. Considerations: - In the registry you must use an API to obtain the client's RUC data (the API is provided by us). - The application must be responsive web. - The sources, scripts to create DB and installation manuals for each component of the system must be delivered. - In the account register and in the access to the system, captcha code must be included to avoid robots. - Images uploaded by vendors must be transformed so as not to exceed the maximum storage of 50KB per photo. - You must have integration with the Culqui payment gateway for the collection of commissions or membership. - Must include web design and UX.
