I analysed your whole website. It is running slower than the 90% websites. It is running slow because it has very large image files. These images cannot be compressed using wp smush and other tools because wp smush has a size limit of 1 MB image only. Award me this project I will manually compress your all images using photoshop. I will also add a content delivery network (CDN) to your website to keep your images on fast servers. If the problem is still not solved I will move your website to a new faster server.
