Embedded and real-time systems architecture

Should be able to use pic16 on MPLAB ICD3. Using a STATIC Rate Monotonic cycle Scheduler (RMS). The RMS scheduler is pre-emptive and will thus require you to implement a user stack to store context information. All processes arrive initially at time instant 0. So basically there would be 3 task. Need the codes for all of them, with explanation.
