Detailed Website Spec Required

Require an expert to write a detailed website specification which will be submitted to developers to begin coding. Ordinarily, we would undertake this work in-house because we know what the client wants, but we are readily seeking a new member who can undertake this task on a weekly basis. This project involves writing a detailed spec for a jobs board, news manger and CRM system. The client wants a combination of all three. We already have a 40 page document, however, this requires work. We work very strategically and our attention to detail is exemplary. Therefore, here's the process: 1. We communicate what the client wants to do 2. We provide references of the websites that are similar Your duty is: 1. We require you to research functionality and write a step by step document as to how you envisage the system to work. The developer should then be able to pick up the document and build a system. You should have a good grasp of english. Please submit a spec that you have written for reference in PM. For the right person - this is about 10 hours work. I need the document within 10 hours of selecting the bidder.
