Android App Developer for Warehouse Operations

Overview: We are embarking on a project to develop a mobile warehouse picking Android application that seamlessly integrates with our Odoo ERP system. This application will encompass all warehouse operations functionalities, including receiving, picking, and dispatch, utilizing mobile scanners for efficiency. To accomplish this, we are seeking an experienced Odoo Warehouse Integration Specialist & Process Flow Consultant. This role primarily involves creating custom Odoo modules using Python to facilitate data exchange between the mobile application and Odoo, as well as assisting in visualizing the application's processes through process flow diagrams. Key Responsibilities: Custom Odoo Module Development: Utilize extensive knowledge of Odoo warehouse processes to develop custom Python modules. Ensure seamless integration between the mobile application and Odoo by implementing robust data exchange mechanisms. Process Flow Diagram Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document the workflow requirements for the mobile warehouse application. Draw up comprehensive process flow diagrams to visualize the application's processes and workflows. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing and streamlining warehouse operations within the application. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Odoo warehouse processes and Python programming. Assist the mobile application developer in understanding the functionality and usage of custom Odoo modules. Requirements: Extensive Odoo Warehouse Process Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in implementing and customizing Odoo for warehouse management. In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and dispatch processes. Python Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python programming language, with the ability to develop custom Odoo modules. Experience in implementing data synchronization and integration solutions. Process Flow Visualization: Strong ability to translate complex business processes into clear and concise process flow diagrams. Experience in process optimization and workflow analysis is preferred. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and the development team. Ability to collaborate closely with the mobile application developer to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
