Looking for R or python programmer and knows about multi objective optimization (swarm, ea, etc)

I can write scripts in R, I use this language as the first choice for my projects in computational biology.

I am currently completing a Masters that required the creation and comparison of multiple optimization techniques for an expansive multi dimensional selection space. I have written a paper comparing various decision algorithms for the purpose of optimization. I am familiar with swarm, simulated annealing, genetic algorithms, and branch and bound.
