Antecedentes: Se cuenta con un desarrollo en Python 3.7 que recibe video en tiempo real de una cámara de vigilancia a través del protocolo RTSP y le añade información por medio de overlays (textos y recuadros). Se requiere retransmistir el video en tiempo real por medio de RTSP usando Python. El nuevo stream incluirá los overlays mencionados. El entregable es una función de Python que transmita video a través de RTSP, que recibe la dirección y el stream.
