3D Designer for .STL to .STEP Conversion

I've got a project requiring the adaptation of an .STL mesh file from Blender into a printable .STEP. The finalized model should: - Be an exact match in dimensions to the original mesh. - Give utmost importance to geometric accuracy during the conversion. - Be capable of being printed on any standard 3D printer. The ideal candidate for this job will have significant experience in 3D design and conversion between file formats, and a keen eye for maintaining geometric accuracy during this process.
