URGENT : Core Web Vitals Improvement For RoR Website

The requirement is for improving core web vitals of a ruby on rails website as google shows multiple pages failing their assessment. parameters like LCP, FID, CLS and others pointed by google need to be improved. Also expect the developer to compress images and use WEBP versions for Cloudflare CDN (currently only JPG versions are available in S3 bucket and these would need to be converted). Expect a full stack developer as both front end and back end work is involved for completion of this. The site is built in RoR but uses a bit of JS and VueJs. Please note multiple things might need to be worked upon to complete this project. Deliverable -> Core web vitals and page speed to be improved. This would mean 1) Website needs to pass assessment on [login to view URL] Also, various pages being highlighted in google console on parameters like LCP, CLS etc. as failing need to be resolved. 2) Website to get GRADE A on [login to view URL] (similar site for tracking page vitals). 3) The average loading time shown for pages in our google console needs to either decrease or remain the same after completion of this project. It should not increase.
