I have experience in Rust but not with Substrate. I have looked at it and it doesn't seem too complicated. I am trying to develop my Rust portfolio. I am happy to work on this very cheap ($150, the site would not let me put less than $750) and not get paid if I don't deliver. In return, I get work experience here I can use for my portfolio.
